AVA-Optima works as a service provider for exhibition organizers, exhibitors and companies of the special event industry. We consult exhibitors, who want to participate successfully in trade fairs and exhibitions. We consult as well German exhibitors, who are active on national or international exhibitions, as also foreign companies, which intend to display on German trade fairs.

The consultancy includes the "best-price" procurement of products and services for the respective events. In addition, we advise national and international trade fair companies when opening new markets.
