CIMES has established itself in the global market as an international networking platform that gives both buyers and sellers the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and trends of the machine tool industry.

Since 2000, CIMES has grown from 19,000 to 120,000 m2 in exhibition size. This clearly reflects China’s strong economic growth and ever growing market demands. 2012 marks the beginning of the 12th 5 year plan with great emphasis on the development of Railway, Automotive and Energy. These 3 major areas will stimulate strong growth and boost the demand for machine tool industry.
